We started Ducy Kitchen with a simple conviction: the best meals come from ingredients that are ready, not forced.
Our kitchen in Brooklyn draws from local farms and waters each week. The menu shifts with what arrives — bright greens in spring, stone fruit in summer, root vegetables and squash through the colder months. Cocktails are built around the same produce, with house-made syrups and fresh-pressed juices.
The space is quiet by design. A narrow counter at the front, tables set close enough for conversation, and an open kitchen where you can watch the work.
